When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.


How long does shipping take?

Canada: 8–14 business days
International: 10–18 business days

Where can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear in the carrier system.


My tracking number isn't updating. Is that normal?

Yes. Tracking information may take a few days to update after the package has shipped.

If your tracking has not updated after 5 business days, please contact our support team and we will investigate.


I ordered multiple items. Will they arrive together?

Sometimes orders may be shipped in separate packages depending on warehouse availability.

If this happens, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this time, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be changed.


What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

We will do our best to update your shipping address before the order ships.


What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
